- E-mail your resume to Human Resources (below).
- Attend an interview with the Department Manager.
- Provide proof of Certifications/Licenses.
- Submit 3 work-related references to Human Resources.
- Upon job offer, submit the following:
- DFS Background Check.
- Fingerprinting and Div. of Criminal Inv. Background Check.
- Upon job acceptance,
- TB Testing within 10 days.
- First Aid / CPR Training.
- Employee Orientation, to obtain:
- ID Badge / Keys.
- Computer Login / E-mail Login.
- Policy information.
- I-9 / W-4 payroll paperwork (2 forms of identification).
- Mandatory Topics Training to include OSHA.
- Handle With Care Training (if required).
